With the grace of Ma Tara and the collective efforts of many people we (Kamakhya Bhairava Upasaka Foundation) was able to offer multiple sevas at the famous Tarapith temple during the winter month of pousha. Earlier we had made similar offerings this year at the temple of Kalabhairava and Batuka Bhairava at Kashi.

In Tarapith we could offer the following abhushanas at the service of Bhagwati Ugratara:

1. Silver Mukuta
2. Silver Mundamala
3. Silver Khadga
4. Silver Anklets
5. Silver Nose ring
6. A trishula which was offered to the Bhairava of Tarapith
7. Various sringar upacara-s to the goddess as well as the vigraha of Mahasiddha Sri Bamadeva.

After days of mantra japa and stutis and pujas dedicated to Ma Tara finally on the tithis of Pousha Krshna Chaturdasi and Pousha Amavasya falling on a monday, these offerings were formally made to the deity with a prayer for uplift of Sanatana Dharma in coming times, and also to bless everyone who are doing Her sadhana selflessly, or who contributed to this seva in anyway.

In addition to this we conducted annadanams for all the sadhus who live in the smashan of Tarapith for five days. Balis were offered to Ma Tara. Homas were conducted for Her explicit preeti.

May the endless blessings, and protection of Bhagwati Tara be on all devotees and followers of Sanatana Dharma. May She protect us from our enemies who seek the to destroy Sanatana.
