Offerings to Devatas by KBUF - 2024
Offerings and Sevas Conducted by Kamakhya Bhairava Upasaka Foundation
With the grace of Adi Shakti Ma Kamakhya, Ma Tara, Bhagawan Kalabhairava, Batuka Maha Bhairava, and Bhagawan Skandha, and the collective efforts of many devotees, the Kamakhya Bhairava Upasaka Foundation (KBUF) was able to perform multiple sevas and offerings at key temples connected with the devatas worshiped by KBUF.
These offerings and sevas were made with the explicit purpose of Devata Preeti, Dharma Vijaya, and Raksha.
Kalabhairava Temple, Kashi.
At the revered Kalabhairava Temple in Kashi, KBUF had the divine blessing to offer the following abhushanas to Bhagawan Kalabhairava:
- Silver Mukuta
- Silver Trishula
- Silver Khappar for Karan Seva
In addition, an Annadanam was conducted in the temple by KBUF.
KBUF also donated a water cooler to be installed near the Dhandapani Bhairava temple, so it can help devotees during the hot summer months.
We also offer a Dwaja seva to Bhagwan Kalabhairava on every Amavasya tithi.
Ma Kamakhya, Nilachal Hills.
At the primary seat of Tantra Sandhana in the most holy and sacred Kamakhya Kshetra, KBUF offered Pancha Bali as a part of their dedicated seva for the preeti of Ma Kamakhya.
Also KBUF carried out a Dasha Maha Vidya Pooja and Yagya, across all ten Dasha Maha Vidya temples in Kamakhya which included Puja, Japa, Homa, and Bali for each of the 10 divine forms of Ma Kamakhya..
Additionally, KBUF recently started organizing Annadanam at Nilachal Hills.
Skanda Temple, Palani.
The worship of the Vel is equivalent to the worship of Skanda himself. Vel protects the devotee and also gives immense confidence, strength, determination and discipline. At the revered hill temple of Palani, KBUF offered a Silver Vel to Palani Murugan. KBUF also offered a silver Vel to a Skanda Upasaka whose family has been worshipping Skanda for more than 7 generations unbroken.
Batuka Maha Bhairava
For Batuka Maha Bhairava temple in Kashi, we could offer the following to the child form of Bhairava:
- Silver Mukuta (crown)
- Silver Mukhota (mask on face)
- Silver Trishula
- Silver Khappar for Karan Seva
This was accompanied by Homa, Japa, and Annadanam, all performed with the intention of Dharma Raksha.
Ma Tara, Tarapith (During Pousha Month).
During the sacred month of Pousha, KBUF conducted extensive sevas at the famous Tarapith Temple. After several days of continuous Mantra Japa, Stutis, and Pujas, the formal offerings were made on the auspicious tithis of Pousha Krishna Chaturdashi and Pousha Amavasya — both falling on a Monday — with heartfelt prayers for the upliftment of Sanatana Dharma and blessings upon sincere sadhaks and contributors.
The following offerings were made to Ma Tara:
- Silver Mukuta
- Silver Mundamala
- Silver Khadga
- Silver Anklets
- Silver Nose Ring
- Trishula for the Bhairava of Tarapith
- Various Sringar Upacharas for Bhagwati Ugratara and the Vigraha of Mahasiddha Sri Bamadeva
Alongside this, Annadanam was served for five consecutive days to the sadhus residing in the Tarapith smashan. Balis were offered to Ma Tara, and multiple Homas were performed to express devotion and invoke Her divine blessings.
All the above offerings in the temples were made with the singular aim of pleasing the Devatas and strengthening Dharma for times to come.
We pray that the divine energies of Bhagawan Kalabhairava, Bhatuka Maha Bhairava, Skanda, and Ma Tara, bless all sincere devotees and protect the path of Sanatana Dharma from those who seek to harm it.
